Craft Your Perfect Morning Ritual

Crafting a morning ritual that is just right for me has been one of the most game changing practices for transforming my daily life. There is a huge amount of research supporting having a morning routine that includes some form of movement, reflection and time spent growing the mind and I can see why. For me, committing to this practice has not been a walk in the park, it has taken years to finally have committed to myself in this way and I can honestly say I wish I did it sooner.

Creating a habit is like learning anything new, the mind/ego will resist, so we have to be gentle as we begin this process but with the intention to not give up even if we ‘fall of the wagon’ temporarily. Everyday is a new opportunity to try again, it’s as simple as that and when we keep our focus on one day at a time, it can feel less overwhelming and more achievable as we integrate this habit into becoming a part of who we are.
