About
Hey, I’m Milly!
I’m a Mindbody Coach with a love of all things personal development, spirituality and women empowerment.
I have a Bachelor in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine, a Diploma in Body and Beauty Therapy and have my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. I have also invested in an enormous amount of personal and professional development courses that have all added to what I bring to my coaching (the work never ends!).
I am a wife to Rocka who loves fishing and craft beer, a mother of two beautiful kids Frankie and George who both keep life lively in their own unique ways and our fur baby Sky who is the most divine golden retriever you’ll meet.
My mission is to uplift and support women in their journey to uncovering their most authentic and empowered version of themselves. We have all of this within us already so it’s about taking time to get clear on what you want for yourself, what’s holding you back and what needs to happen to get you there.
I have a passion for all things energy. The energetic blocks we hold within our bodies, the limiting beliefs we create as children that shape our ways of being and relating as adults and the physical manifestations that come through our body which are the clues to the deeper emotional imbalances. I am forever fascinated by the mindbody connection!
Bringing awareness to what we may be carrying that is no longer serving us has enormous power to shift how we feel about ourselves but also to positively impact how we show up in the world creating a ripple effect on everything and everyone around us.
My wish for every woman is to feel deeply connected with all aspects of herself. To fully acknowledge and integrate ‘the good, the bad and the ugly.’ We do this through curiosity, deep conversation and vulnerability. I offer all of myself to you in this way and hold space for you to do the same in a safe and supported environment. This is where the magic is I believe and through this process you can create a life that feels free and aligned which in turn leads to a deeply fulfilling human experience.
“The path of awakening is not about becoming who you are. Rather it is about unbecoming who you are not.”
Albert Schweitzer
